Matcha teas from Bloom are amazing. I've been lucky enough to sample a couple recently, and have grown more accustomed to the pure green tea flavour. This version, the Tropical Matcha is something else though. Wow.What a great tasting green tea, with the added delicious flavouring of Mango! It really does have the fresh mango flavour and it's lovely.Simply take a small amount of the powder using the little spoon and whisk into some recently boiled water. It will become a little frothy but this is essential. Without this step you end up with green sludge at the bottom of the cup.I sip mine a couple of times a day. It's soothing but energising at the same time.Taste wise, as I said it's definitely an acquired taste as over time I'm liking it more. Definitely a buzz about it. But it's a good quality tea. If the overall earthy grassy taste is too much then simply dilute more.A great green tea with added flavour.(Read more)
